BabyJot Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of BabyJot, a product of Rested, Inc.. Last updated: October 5, 2026.
- Who can use it. You must be 18 or older and a parent, guardian or caregiver of the child whose information you log.
- Not medical advice. BabyJot is a record-keeping tool. Summaries, patterns and anything an AI assistant says about your log are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your child's health. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
- Your content. You own what you log. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide BabyJot to you and the caregivers you invite.
- Sharing. Anyone you invite can view and change the shared log. Only invite people you trust.
- AI assistants. BabyJot works inside third-party assistants such as ChatGPT. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for what they say or do.
- Acceptable use. Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, or interfere with how it works.
- Availability. The service is provided "as is" and may change or stop. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, Rested, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (currently nothing).
- Ending use. You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
- Changes. We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes before they apply.
